The campsite is open for all tourist stays from April 1st to October 12th.
For residents, professional stays, and long-term stays, the campsite is open year-round, except during the week of 7th to 14th March, 2026.

In the low season ( from April to June, September):
Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
July – August: Open every day from 8:30am – 12:30pm / 3pm – 7:30pm

How to come
By car
10 minutes from the A64 motorway. Take exit 17 “Montréjeau”.
By bicycle
Accessible via the Vélo Sud cycle route (which connects Biarritz to Barcarès via the Pyrenean Piedmont)
- Recommended exit: Montréjeau → approx. 10 minutes by bike to the campsite. Less than 500 m from the route, head towards the village centre → campsite.
- Also accessible via Mazère de Neste → approx. 8 minutes by cycle via the Trans-Garona link along the Garonne river.
On Foot
The campsite is located a few kilometers from the Camino de Santiago trails; you can reach us on foot: 500 meters from the GR 86 (From Toulouse to Bagnères-de-Luchon), allow about 6 minutes walking time

Accessibility
Our campsite is equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility in the best possible conditions. We offer accessible pitches, as well as a toilet block equipped with adapted showers and toilets. Access to the bar has also been made easier, and some of our rental accommodation has a ramp to make it easier to negotiate the steps. We are available to respond to your needs and assist you if necessary, so that everyone can enjoy their stay to the fullest.

In partnership with Campez Couvert, for just 2.9% of the total cost of your stay, you are covered in case of cancellation due to medical, personal, or professional reasons, and for any unforeseen events during your stay.

BOOKING & RATES
How can I book a stay?
You can book directly online, by phone, or by email. We can advise you in choosing the accommodation best suited to your needs.
Can I book without paying immediately?
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival.
Do you accept VACAF assistance?
Yes, we accept VACAF assistance and can help you create a quote including coverage.
What are the rates?
Rates vary depending on the season and the type of stay. They include accommodation or the pitch. Some options (electricity, pets, equipment, etc.) are additional.
What are the cancellation conditions?
The cancellation conditions are detailed in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
We also offer cancellation insurance (Campez Couvert), starting from 4% of the stay, to cover you in case of unforeseen events.
ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE & ORGANIZATION
What time can we arrive?
Pitch: from 3:00 p.m.
Mobile home: from 4:00 p.m.
Can we arrive late?
Arrivals must take place during reception hours (until 7:00 p.m. maximum). Any late arrival must remain exceptional and be arranged in advance with our agreement.
What happens in case of arrival without notice?
Without any news 24 hours after the scheduled date, the booking may be canceled.
Can we arrive earlier?
You may arrive earlier and enjoy the campsite, but access to your accommodation or pitch is at the scheduled times.
Any early installation depends on availability and must be approved with us on the same day.
What time should we leave?
Mobile home: before 10:00 a.m.
Pitch: before 12:00 p.m.
Do we need to schedule a departure appointment?
Yes, for mobile homes, please arrange a time slot at reception for the inspection if necessary.

ACCOMMODATION & PITCHES
What types of accommodation do you offer?
Bare pitches (tent, van, motorhome) and fully equipped mobile homes.
Are the pitches shaded?
Yes, most pitches are wooded (chestnut trees, oaks) and offer shade and comfort.
What is the size of the pitches?
Around 100 m², allowing you to comfortably accommodate a vehicle and setup.
Do the mobile homes have air conditioning?
Yes, all our mobile homes are equipped with air conditioning, included in the price of your stay for your comfort.
What should I do if equipment is not working?
Report it as soon as you arrive (ideally within 2 hours). We will intervene quickly.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required upon arrival for rentals. It will be returned after inspection of the accommodation upon departure.
Are sheets and towels provided?
No, sheets and towels are not provided, but they are available as an option upon reservation. Blankets and pillows are included in the accommodation.
Is there a dumping area on site?
No.
Where can I empty my motorhome?
At the Station U in Gourdan-Polignan, near the campsite.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free at the bar and on the terrace (network may vary in natural areas).
Does the phone network work well?
The network may vary depending on operators due to the natural environment.
Is there a campsite app?
Yes, we provide an app gathering all useful information for your stay: schedules, services, activities, tips, and practical information.
We recommend downloading it before your arrival to fully enjoy your stay.
Is there food service on site?
Yes, in high season (July–August): snack/bar with drinks, ice cream, fries, and local products.
Can we buy bread and pastries?
Yes, by ordering the day before at reception.
Do you offer equipment for rent?
Yes: barbecue, refrigerator, baby equipment (bed, high chair, etc.).
Are there facilities for children?
Yes, a playground and family-friendly spaces.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, a 9 kg washing machine is available on site.
RULES & LIFE AT THE CAMPSITE
Is the campsite quiet?
Yes, calm is essential. Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Are there hours for entering and leaving the campsite?
Yes, traffic is allowed between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Outside these hours, vehicles must remain outside to preserve peace and quiet.
What should I do in case of disturbance?
Inform us, and we will intervene if necessary.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, on a leash and respecting the cleanliness of the site, with an additional fee.
Can we receive visitors?
Yes, provided that you inform us. Visitors must respect the campsite rules.
Can we have a barbecue?
Yes, while respecting safety instructions.
ACCOMMODATION: IMPORTANT RULES
Is cleaning included?
No, the accommodation must be returned clean (unless cleaning option is taken).
What happens if the accommodation is not clean?
A deduction may be made from the deposit.
Can we cook freely in the mobile home?
Yes, but it is forbidden to smoke, grill, or fry inside.
ELECTRICITY AND EQUIPMENT
Can we use several devices at the same time?
As the power is limited, avoid using high-energy devices simultaneously.
Can we charge an electric vehicle?
No, the campsite’s facilities are not suitable for charging electric vehicles.
A charging station is available in Montréjeau, in front of the Weldom store, about 3 km from the campsite.

Is the campsite in the heart of nature?
Yes, in a natural setting at the foot of the Pyrenees.
Is there a river nearby?
Yes, access to the Garonne about 80 meters on foot.
Is there a swimming area nearby?
Yes, the Montréjeau lake, about 3 km from the campsite, is ideal for swimming: sandy beach, supervised swimming in summer, playground, picnic tables, and a secure area dedicated to young children.
Access to the lake from the campsite: on foot (about 35 minutes), by bike (10 minutes), by car (10 minutes).
What can we do around the campsite?
Hiking, swimming, local markets, cycling, outdoor activities, cultural visits…
Is the campsite well located?
Yes, it is located at the crossroads of four valleys: the Neste, the Barousse, the Aure, and the Louron.
